About
Which Color Will Dominate? starts with 100 balls in a square box, split between up to 10 colours by the percentages you choose — 1% is one ball. Every ball travels in a straight line at the same steady speed, and only a wall, a bounce or a merge ever turns it. When two balls touch, the bigger one swallows the smaller: their areas add, so the merged ball grows smoothly to its new size, and its colour becomes the blend of every ball inside it. Merges happen one at a time, so the box winds down ball by ball until one big ball is left bouncing around, coloured by the whole starting mix. Every sound is a piano note.
How to Play
- Add up to 10 colours. Tap a swatch to pick its colour, and set each colour's share — the total must be exactly 100%, and 1% is one ball.
- All balls move at one constant speed on random straight paths. Nothing pulls them together; only walls, bounces and merges change their direction.
- When two balls touch, the bigger one swallows the smaller. Areas add, so a radius-5 ball and a radius-10 ball make one of about radius 11.2, and the new ball grows to that size at a steady rate.
- The merged ball's colour is the blend of every ball it contains, weighted by how many of each colour went in.
- Only one merge can happen every 0.3 seconds; balls that touch in between just bounce off each other.
- Merges play piano notes that drop lower as the balls get bigger. Once 5 balls are left, wall hits and bounces play piano notes too.
- The last ball keeps bouncing around the box, its colour showing the full starting mix.
