About
2048 is the classic number puzzle in a bright toon look. Swipe, drag or press an arrow key and every tile on the 4x4 board slides as far as it can. When two tiles with the same number meet, they join into one tile with double the number: 2 and 2 make 4, 4 and 4 make 8, and so on up to 2048.
After every move a new 2 or 4 appears, so the board slowly fills up. Every merge adds its new number to your score. Reach 2048 and keep going for a bigger tile and a higher score. The game ends when the board is full and no two neighbouring tiles match. Your best score is kept in your browser.
How to Play
- Swipe or drag on the board, or press the arrow keys (or W A S D), to slide all the tiles one way.
- Two tiles with the same number that meet join into one with double the number.

Tips
- Keep your biggest tile in one corner and try not to move it out.
- Build a row of numbers from big to small next to it, so merges chain into each other.
- Use mostly two or three directions; swiping away from your corner lets small tiles slip in.
- A move that changes nothing doesn't count, so it's safe to try one.
